Xantrex XC 24 Volt Battery Chargers

This new three-bank charger takes battery care to the next level by providing independent control of each of the three outputs. This means that a boater can have different battery chemistries on each bank, and that each bank will receive the three-stage charging treatment appropriate for its type and condition. For example, at a given point in time, bank one may require only float voltage, bank two may require bulk voltage, and bank three may require absorption voltage for optimum charging. Other three-bank battery chargers subject all banks to the same charge stage whether they need it or not. Consequently, one or two of the other banks may be over or under-charged.
The XC Series includes a digital display that can be inverted to accommodate horizontal or vertical charger orientations, or it can be removed completely for remote control and monitoring.
High on a boaters wish list is the autoranging AC input voltage from 90 to 265 VAC and 47-63Hz.
