the solar panel must be as small as possible. Of the available
technologies mono-crystalline silicon outperforms multi-crystalline,
thin film and amorphous silicon. Mono-crystalline solar panels give the most output for the least space.
RELIABILITY: Solar panels are a reliable way of producing power. Long term reliability comes from high quality materials assembled into strong anodized aluminium frames under conditions of strict quality control. After 25 years of use a solar panel should still be producing a large proportion of its original output.

Important:
The 185 & 190 watt panels are 24 volts nominal. They must be used with an MPPT controller such as the BSK/3024DIL, MST/TS-MPPT-45 or MST/TS-MPPT-60 when charging a 12 volt battery.
