This well built, floating handheld Marine radio is rated JIS8/IPX8 submersible and is packed with outstanding features. The features include Emergency Strobe, all marine channels, weather channels, Dual and Triple watch, memory channel scan, instant access to channel 16 or channel 9, adjustable transmit output power of 1/2.5 or 5 watts to maximize the battery life. Included accessories are a Li-ION battery, drop-in charging cradle, AC and DC adapters, and an Alkaline battery tray.
